We proudly provide a 30-day return window, starting from the date of delivery, for all eligible items. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within this period.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, complete with all tags and packaging. For hygiene reasons, intimates, swimwear, and earrings are not eligible for returns.

Easy Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size or color, our customer support team is here to assist you. Return shipping for exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Seamless Refund Procedure

Should you prefer a refund, we will process it back to your original payment method within a few business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be for the product price only and will not include any original shipping charges.

Cancellation of Orders

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not already been shipped.
